Muscle Tunnel - Tier 4

All you need to know about training at Wild Training during Tier 4 restrictions.

Tier 4 allows the Muscle Tunnel to be open as it is an outside training area.

700 Square Metres of covered training space with all the kit you can imagine. From Strongman, Calisthenics, HIIT training to a complete Bodybuilding set up - we have your training needs covered.

We are making sure that the Muscle Tunnel is Covid secure so make sure you read this before coming down.

All areas are bookable - Strong/Strength (Strongman and Bodybuilding area). HIIT Pods for the middle section of the Tunnel.

You must not arrive without booking on to a session - whether it is the strong/strength or the HIIT areas.

The changing rooms, gym and studio spaces are all off limits - we are not allowed to open these areas for members or personal training.
Upon arrival you must give your name to a member of the reception team who will check you in - always wear a mask on arrival.

Make sure that you have the Wild Training App - a registered account before arrival - from here you can buy PAYGO sessions under ‘Buy Packages’ or take out the Muscle Tunnel membership £40p/m rolling monthly membership (no contracts/joining fees. Get the app on your app/play stores.

To see the schedule of sessions you need to book, head to the agenda/schedule tab. From here you can filter the days and times and book your training slots. They are every hour with a 15 minute window in between sessions. If you do not book you cannot train.

Once you have checked in - head to the tunnel and grab a cleaning bucket, this has the sprays/cloths you need. Wipe all kit before and after use and make sure you put your kit away - we have a zero tolerance policy on those without buckets and who do not tidy up.

If there are no buckets available head to reception and they will get one for you.

We will not accept those without a booking, you cannot wait for a friend to train or be a ‘spotter’ if you are in our tunnel you need to be booked on to a session.

The slots are hour long sessions so make sure you arrive on time and vacate on time for the following session. If you cannot make a session that you have booked please cancel the booking to allow another to take the spot. If you fail to cancel and you are a PAYGO you will lose your booking credit, if you are on a membership and you fail to notify us or cancel yourself, you will be blocked from booking for 3 days.

Please make sure you observe the following:

  • Keep within social distancing rules.

  • Do not arrive in groups - you must follow the governments guidelines on who/how many people you can meet.

  • Clean kit before and after use and tidy it away.

  • Do not leave litter in the tunnel - there are bins as you exit.

  • Always have a sanitation bucket and use it.

  • There is CCTV in all areas of the Muscle Tunnel.

  • Staff will be available should you need any assistance.

(Tyres, Yoke, Squat/deadlifting frame, Kegs, Atlas Stones/platform, logs, farmers, 2 lifting platforms, sandbags, power stairs, leg extension, leg press, bench press, incline bench, reverse hyper, belt squat, lat pull down, cable x-over, dumbbells up to 75kg, seated row, viking press, Olympic bars, plates, safety squat bar, 2 squat racks, hamstring curl).
