HIIT Exercise, Wild Training grew from the fun, effective and inclusive workouts we’ve been designing since 2010. These are session that anyone can jump into and have a great workout, and our coaches will always use the time they have with you to develop your skills and confidence, so that you can enjoy your workouts as you get fitter and stronger.

CrossFit, well the evidence says it's the best fitness programme in the world, and a lot of our members agree. Don't believe the hype. Make your own mind up. Everyone that has tried our CrossFit classes has loved the challenge, and the results. The community in our classes is a real tangible that all our members love.

Hyrox, the first gym in High Wycombe that is an official Hyrox Partner. HYROX opens up functional fitness for a whole new group of people. Runners that want to add in some useful strength training will really love these workouts, just like gym warriors wanting to up their cardio will find brand new results from our Hyrox classes.

Calisthenics at Wild Training is something we deliver with a lot of passion and experience to ALL fitness levels. Olympic rings, Aerial silks, Gymnastics, Parallette training, If you haven't tried this style of training, or want a new challenge to push past a hump in your training, these classes have you covered.

Strength Training at our gym is covered by some incredible athletes and coaches sharing their experience in Strongman training, Olympic weight lifting, Body Building and all forms of functional strength. You'll discover both new styles of exercise and ancient systems to live stronger and progress with your training faster.

Kids get to experience the best introduction to exercise at Wild Training and learn how to enjoy keeping their bodies healthy and strong in an amazingly positive environment with veteran coaches looking after them. Kids membership at Wild Training costs £49 per month for unlimited kids classes. We charge £29 per month for each additional sibling.

A big part of the Wild Training brand reputation has been built on our coached exercise classes. There is something for everyone, at every level and everyone that attends will see progression while they have a whole lot of fun. 

Not all exercise classes are equal, and one focus of Wild Training has been to make our group sessions feel more like good personal training.

Structured workouts that we do new programming for every month, which keeps our training fun and challenging for our members so they never get bored.

We have the most diverse group exercise timetable in the country. Big statement - but we haven’t found another gym with as much variety in one place, with coaches that can add value to everyones experience.
