With a beginner and a more progressive 15 minute body-weight workout video everyday, you are only 21 days away from feeling and looking better.

- 6X

The 6X programmes were designed to be time efficient ways to help men and women see exciting results, and have been some of our most successful programmes today. Six exercises for men, and 6 exercises for women. We created gender specific systems to make sure members see the results they want. Each split into two separate workouts that give people easy to follow, simple workouts that deliver beyond expectations. The male and female specific systems are backed up by 6XMove. This is all about helping people achieve and maintain optimum mobility and control of their body through 6 key movement concepts Wild Training have identified and created relevant coaching systems for, so that everyone can benefit from this fun style of training.

The 6X workouts are all brought together with the Progress 6 coaching service, which is an optional training and food log where members get quarterly training targets that give them a fitness score. This is then measured monthly to track progress and recovery, and kept interesting by changing the 6 fitness tests every quarter. For busy people with limited free time for exercise, or for people looking for a new challenge, the 6X systems are unbeatable.

- Well-being programmes

The Wild X Fitness app is so much more than just great exercise videos and nutrition guidance. The Mindset series was written in collaboration with Adie Shariff, a leading performance mindset coach working with the GB Olympic team. The app also offers meditation designed to help people with their sleep. Yoga, Stretch and Body Maintenance series where the coaches look at managing common injuries and imbalances.
