The 4 week Gym Starter Programme is where you begin your journey of fitness at Wild Training and CrossFit M40
This plan was created to be the best 4 week fitness programme available... And it worked. Efficient, fun and results better than anything you could imagine in 6 weeks. Start enjoying looking after your health at Wild Training.

Train with our coaches for 6 weeks and attend as many training sessions as you want
Complete nutrition guidance
Posture assessment and sports therapy session with David Shah
Support and mentoring throughout the 6 weeks
Flexible days and times. Choose when you train.
The option to bolt on a personal training session with one of our coaches for a discounted price of £35.
We only offer the Gym Starter Programme once to any one person and it is the stepping stone to taking out a membership. After the 4 weeks you will have a better understanding of what your training schedule will look like and from there you can choose which membership you want after.
