The Wild Training team are lucky enough to have quite a lot of experience with pre and post natal training on a personal level. Sophie and James Griffiths have spent many years understanding what a mums body goes through with pregnancy having three kids of their own. This has helped Wild Training develop practical training programs based on guidelines for each trimester to ensure the exercise we are doing is always suitable and safe.
Then for our post natal training we have structured systems that have been used time and time again to deliver results to new mums that want their pre pregnancy body back.
