Body Control

Our Body Control class brings together elements of yoga, Tai Chi and pilates to give our members a fun class to focus on their movement and well-being.

The fluid nature of the class means that you will be working through different forms and postures whilst challenging your flexibility so this is a really good class to add in to your routine.

The class also includes core exercise flows and a relaxation section at the end.

Strength, mobility and balance will all improve and all of those things will lead to a healthier, more toned body.
