Wild Rehabilitation has been developed to prevent injuries and assist recovery. Everyone is welcome to the Wild Rehab group sessions as we cater for all types of injuries and conditions at any stage of injury or recovery including those who just want to up their injury prevention game.
Designed to improve whole body core strength, total body control and optimise flexibility using a powerful combination of exercise programs. These systems focus on improving movement patterns, posture, and exercise technique.

Having originally trained as a Sports Scientist and later progressing to a Masters in Sports Therapy.
I have spent the past 7 years working as a pitch-side therapist, academy sport scientist/sports therapist and private clinician with various teams and individuals across semi & professional sport.
Having seen a huge variety of injuries and conditions, this exposure has allowed me to gain an insight into the fundamentals of training, anatomy & physiology and improved technique applications.
