Nutrition is a hot topic but hydration is often not a focus for a lot of people. Hydration can have a massive impact on your performance and even at higher levels of sport we see chronic dehydration a lot. 

Hydrate properly. Train harder. Get better results. Feel awesome. 

Water is your go to but you can try different solutions especially if you suffer with cramps. The Wild Training team are big fans of Elete Water so it might be worth trying that with a bit of apple juice before you workout. 

Aim to drink 500ml when you wake up and then every 3 hours after that and you should see and feel the difference.
