What is Wild Jump

Our bodies are masters of adaptation. We move towards a challenge and with hard work and discipline our bodies can achieve anything. We just need to want it enough. Adaptation is a great thing, but it’s also a challenge in itself that we have to overcome. 

We master movement quickly, and that means we get less and less out of the exercise we do as it becomes less of a shock to our bodies. The only way we can change this, is by changing our training, to create new stresses on the body to make sure we continually change the way we overload and create adaptation.

Wild Jump takes that concept to another level. Trampoline conditioning is unique and incredibly effective thanks to the way it stresses lots of different energy systems at the same time. We can quickly combine multi planar strength exercises with athletic jump drills all on the trampolines. That gives us the ability to program plenty of variety which keeps the body adapting, and keeps our clients getting great results.

When we add in the Wild Training Tri-Planar system that allows for whole body lifts to be combined with different step patterns, and the RMT clubs used in Wild Jump Cardio and the Titan bags used in Wild Jump Strength, our classes will keep our members bodies adapting and getting results no matter how fit they get. The amount of variations of these lifts is nearly endless.

Wild Jump - Pure jump fitness. We mix it up between specific trampoline drills and body weight exercises on the trampolines for one awesome hour fun. The Wild Jump system makes one incredible general conditioning class and a great way to build confidence and technique on the trampolines.

Wild Jump programs involve high time under tension sets to increase aerobic output and burn fat while keeping the muscles under tension for long periods to improve muscle tone. We use big movements to get the whole body working and get our members metabolisms going through the roof. All of that makes the Wild Jump program one of the best ways to create lean, athletic body shapes.

Wild Jump Cardio This is a combination of our trampoline conditioning and RMT club training. Combining these systems will create one of the sweatiest fat burning classes you have ever done and you will have more fun than you ever imagined getting fit. The RMT clubs are a simple and light weight piece of fitness equipment that offer great variety in training and allows us to program some really fun and exciting routines to complement the trampoline work and keep your workouts different and new.

The Jump Cardio programs utilise long sets to really get your aerobic system working hard. If we work aerobically we burn oxygen, and that means we burn fat. The difference with these programs compared to going for a jog is we keep your body burning oxygen and fat for a long time after you stop exercising. This is because of the way we get your metabolism up by using big movements that condition your whole body. 

 

 

 

Wild Jump Strength – Strong is the new sexy! We have combined our best shaping programming with athletic jump drills to create a program that packs a punch and will get you feeling and looking epic. 

By moving from jumping on the trampolines to strength drills using the Titan Bags for whole body functional movements the Wild Jump Strength class will really hit every muscle group and help shape your body while burning fat at the same time. Titan Bags were designed by James Griffiths, founder of Wild Training, to be the most effective, fun and diverse piece of training equipment you can use. They are easy to train with and offer progressions that can challenge literally anyone.

Wild Jump is a structured group exercise program with a license that gives you all the programming, marketing and business support you need to achieve success. You will gain a huge amount of exposure in your community by running Wild Jump and that will help you build your client network and grow your business.

HOW IS THE Wild Jump LICENSE DIFFERENT TO ANY OTHER GROUP EXERCISE SYSTEM?

Quality – The best exercise programs in the world are only the best if they are delivered by the best instructors. The Wild Jump courses and training resources will challenge the way you train yourself and the way you go about achieving your client’s goals. When you sign up and attend the initial Wild Jump Level 1 instructor course, you must pass it and meet our high standards. If an instructor isn’t good enough to pass the course, then they won’t get their Wild Jump certification and we will give them their course fee back. What other group exercises licenses can say that.

Programming – Every two months we create a brand new series of Wild Jump releases. That means you get three new programs every two months to encourage progression with all your members and keep their exercise exciting and effective. 3 months is too long to stick to one program. All trainers know that results start to plateau after around 8 weeks, yet most other exercise licenses only change their programs every 3 months. That’s just lazy. By offering Wild Jump, Wild Jump Cardio and Wild Jump Strength programs in each release we will help you cater for a wider range of member types. The way we operate is better for your member’s results, and better for your member retention.

 

Pre requisite, Level 2 Gym instructor qualification or higher

This hands-on course will allow you to take your knowledge of functional training to the next level and will give you all the skills and abilities you need to deliver outstanding Wild Jump classes. Our experts will take you through the current release of Wild Jump classes, and then will develop your technical knowledge of the programming, training and coaching concepts that will enable you to deliver outstanding Wild Jump classes. You will receive a pre-course info pack with an assessment that must be read, completed and returned one week before the course. You will be assessed throughout the day on the course and in a practical demonstration where you will deliver a Wild Jump session to the group. You will also receive a theory assessment after the course that must be completed and returned.
