We’re a team of parents and understand the importance of post pregnancy exercise. From inception, my vision for Wild Training has been to offer our members a lifestyle plan, not just an exercise plan. This lifestyle plan doesn’t have to stop post baby; in fact, post baby is the perfect time to re-build your confidence and get your body stronger than ever.
Weight is a significant concern for new mamas and unfortunately, without a regular exercise regime, this weight can be pretty tough to shift. But who can blame any new mama that doesn’t want the hassle and expense of leaving their babies with a child-minder for one hour, while they go to an exercise class that they can’t enjoy because they’re worrying about their baby?
We value all of our members and want each and every one to feel confident in themselves while enjoying our classes. This is why we created Wild Mamas; an exciting fitness class designed for new mamas using movement throughout the whole body, working on developing strength through the core for abs, hip and shoulder stability. The class is also focused on fat burning and metabolism boosting. Oh, and the best part about the class? You can bring your babies along!
We’ve found Wild Mamas is the perfect formula in regaining confidence, releasing endorphins, building strong bodies and creating a friendly, ambitious community of mamas, all in a baby friendly setting.

The super relaxed class is suitable for mamas who have trained previously, or who have never trained before. The class is made up of a small group and is taken by a pre/post natal qualified instructor who modifies the work out to suit individual ability. If your baby needs a cuddle our qualified instructor is more than happy to oblige, or demonstrate how you can work out whilst holding baby!
