The 4 phase system for Wild Training has achieved amazing success for a lot of people but we want to make it better, so in May we will launch the new SAQ phase. (speed, agility and quickness). It will be a really exciting phase with loads of variation so that our clients can be challenged in lots of new ways.

We will also be looking to set up 3 new franchises this year so keep an eye out for them so you can recommend all of your friends and colleagues to train with us.

Another really exciting development will be the Wild Training open events we will be organizing. These will be open to everyone so that they can come down and test their fitness in a fun, competitive environment with some great prizes up for grabs. The Sandbag 300 open will be the first of these events at the end of the Summer 2012.

As always, we are working our hardest to give you the best training possible and inspire you all to achieve the goals your have.

<thumb>http://www.wildtraining.co.uk/library/client/images/icons/wild-training-user-icon.jpg</thumb>James Griffiths<category_name>Wild Training</category_name>
<createdby>James Griffiths</createdby>

February Sandbag Charity Challenge

SUCCESS!!!

So the February sandbag challenge was a success.
