The Wild Training Summer Holiday is a fresh approach to giving our clients the best training, an incredible experience and inspiration to transform their lifestyle when they come home.

  • 6:45 wake up and smoothie
  • 7:00 Wild Training group exercise class
  • 8:00 Breakfast
  • 10:30 Daily Adventure
  • 13:30 Lunch
  • 14:00 Personal Training
  • 17:00 End of day group exercise class (Capoeira, Wild flexibility with foam rollers, Abs session)
  • 19:00 Dinner
  • 20:30 Evening discussion
