Pregnancy is one of the most excting times in anyones life but it can also be a bit scary and confusing. There is a lot of different advice and conflicting information around exercise during pregnancy. This can leave mothers to be to worried to do any exercise.
Woman that are fit before they become pregnant already have a head start as they will be able to maintain a better level of exercise during pregnancy. Maintenance is the key as pregnancy is no time to try to improve your fitness.
The Wild Pre-natal programme is made up of 6 different phases that have been designed around the specific requirements of the different tri-mesters. We have designed 2 phases for each tri-mester to keep the training fun and intersting without causeing too much stress on the body.
The Wild Post-natal programme is the safest, most efficient way to get back in to exercise after giving birth. You will feel stronger, healthier and will have your pre-pregnancy body (or better) back in no time.
