"I decided to try the Wild Man program, after having done Wild Training for a year. I did a trial of 3 Wild Man personal training sessions in one week! After that I was hooked and wanted to do the full 8 week program.
Don’t get me wrong this program is really hard and you have to push yourself all the way with help from my personal trainer, James. I also have to admit that it’s so much fun and the results you achieve are amazing. I found myself actually looking forward to the sessions!
One of the most beneficial parts of the program is the Wild Man food plan you get. Full nutrition plans with recipes and shopping lists as well as specific advice to ensure you get the most out of each training session. Now for the exercise. I was doing 3 personal training sessions a week with James and 2 workouts at home on my own using the suspension system that Wild Training supplied me! Each session was different and fun but at the same time really tough, I really liked the combat training where you actually get to punch James as hard as you can! James would always give me targets to head towards and when I’d reach those targets he was able to keep me moving forward. This always gave me something to focus on in the long run but when I’d reached those targets I was so happy and found that I wanted to make the next target a even harder!
I went from struggling to do a 3 minute combat session and not punching and kicking very hard to being able to go through a 5 minute set without any breaks and kicking the pads to pieces at the same time!
The shape of my body has completely changed, so much so I have had to go out and buy new clothes as my old clothes were way too big for me.
I am the fittest, healthiest and overall slimmest I have ever been!
