The Wild activity week

The Wild Activity week is for people that want to boost their training and results with an action packed intensive week of exercise! The focus is on fun activities mixed with innovative, effective exercise to achieve the best results possible.

You do a 90 minute session everyday except Sunday for 1 week, so 6 sessions in total. That’s 9 hours of training!

You can choose which activities you do in your week from the following list:

  • Rock climbing and kettlebell training – Great for improving your endurance and toning your whole body / supplement charge of £15
  • SUP (stand up paddle) boarding and battle rope training – A fun way to strengthen your core and burn fat / supplement charge of £30
  • Mountain biking and boxing – Awesome cardio training that achieves big results and small waists
  • Assualt course run and suspension training – A balanced session sure to push your fitness and change your body shape
  • Kayaking and sandbag training – Increase your strength, stamina and power while speeding up your metabolism / supplement charge of £30

You also get a full nutritional plan for the week and day by day personal nutritional analysis to ensure you get the most out of the week.

After a good few weeks of slacking off on exercise and stuffing my face I needed a kick to get back into it. What could do that better than a “Wild Activity Week”. Each day James would set me a series of activities, from mountain biking, indoor rock climbing or even a fitness trail that pushed me out of my comfort zone. The week was great fun and it was amazing to see my fitness improve with the inch and weight loss as an added bonus. James’s encouragement and his passion for getting you fit made the week full of achievements for me like getting to the top of the rock climbing wall (when you don’t like heights), knocking 4 minutes off the fitness trail run and realising that cycling can actually be fun.
